Dr. Greg Kennedy
Dr. Greg Kennedy is a highly experienced and dedicated dentist with a career spanning over 40 years. He has made significant contributions to the field of dentistry and is known for his commitment to serving his community. Dr. Kennedy’s academic journey began when he graduated from the University of Alabama in Huntsville in 1979 with an undergraduate degree. He continued his education at the University of Alabama Birmingham School of Dentistry, where he earned his dental degree in 1983. Following his dental education, Dr. Kennedy served his country with pride by joining the US Army; he was stationed in Fort Campbell, Kentucky, from 1983 to 1986.
Beyond his successful dental career, Dr. Kennedy enjoys a variety of hobbies, including gardening, bicycling, fishing, hunting, and even riding his tractor. Dr. Kennedy is not only a dedicated dentist but also a proud husband, father, and grandfather. His family is a source of pride and joy, and he values his role in their lives as much as his professional accomplishments.

With 9 years in dentistry, Chelsea serves as our Business Manager. Recently married and a mom to six, she’s as adept at managing a busy home as she is at our practice. A Theodore native, she loves all things water—be it a family beach day or a boat ride. At work or play, Chelsea’s at the helm.

Your Dental Spa Scheduling Coordinator
The first face you’ll see when you walk into Grand Bay Dental Spa is often Darlene, our Dental Spa Scheduling Coordinator. She’s your go-to for appointment scheduling, treatment plans, and that essential calming presence that sets the tone for your visit. Her primary aim? Making sure your visit is smooth from the start.
Eva Barber
Insurance Coordinator
As our Insurance Coordinator, Eva Barber brings a wealth of knowledge with five years of experience in both dental and medical insurance. Born and raised in Grand Bay, she has been married for three years and is a dedicated mom to her fur babies, Mabel and Riley. When she’s not expertly navigating the intricacies of insurance for our patients, Eva indulges in her passion for traveling and cheering on the Atlanta Braves. Her familiarity with Grand Bay and her expertise in insurance make her an invaluable asset to both our team and our patients.
Chambeler Foster
A Decade of Smiles and Family First
Chambeler Foster has been an integral part of Grand Bay Dental Spa for nearly a decade, working closely with Dr. Sitz to provide patients with a superior level of care. At the age of 28, she’s already amassed an impressive 10 years of experience in the field of dentistry. Outside of work, she’s a loving wife and mom to four boys, and her passions extend to travel and beach outings with her family. What drives her most in her career is the rewarding feeling of instilling confidence in patients through transformative dental care.
Alana Splawn
Community-Driven, Smile-Focused
Alana Splawn, born and raised on Dauphin Island, Alabama, brings 16 years of dental assistant experience to the Grand Bay Dental Spa team. She currently lives in Bayou La Batre with her boyfriend and their beach-loving fur baby, Ziggy. Passionate about community well-being, Alana is dedicated to helping people maintain radiant smiles. She loves her work and captures that sentiment with her favorite word, “Correck,” often heard when she knows everything is going perfectly.
Kalyn Norris
Educating for Comfort, Aiming for Five Stars
Meet Kalyn Norris, a Certified Dental Assistant with over 8 years of expertise. Kalyn is deeply committed to providing each patient with a five-star experience at Grand Bay Dental Spa. With a focus on comfort and education, she ensures you leave our office well-informed and satisfied. A loving mom of two, Kalyn knows firsthand the value of family-centered care.

Born and raised in Grand Bay, Dalys is a certified dental assistant committed to top-notch care. She’s a local through and through but brings global standards to her role. Dalys not only serves her community at Grand Bay Dental Spa, but she also lives here, making her deeply rooted in the well-being of our patients.
Madison McKinley
Dental Hygienist
She is a 2022 graduate of the Wallace State Dental Hygiene Program and received training as a dental assistant with expertise in Skin Pen procedures. As the oldest of three siblings and a proud resident of Bay Minette, she pursued her passion for dentistry, which she’s held since middle school. She entered the dental field in July 2022, and she has found immense fulfillment in helping patients regain their confidence. Outside of work, she cherishes time with her loyal companion, Bentley, and continues to be fascinated by the transformation and maintenance of beautiful smiles.
